Clinical Trials
Cellectar has completed enrollment in its Phase 1 dosimetry study. Eight patients were enrolled in the trial in which lead candicate 131I-CLR1404 was assessed for drug safety, drug dosimetry and biodistribution. The second Phase 1 study will be a dose escalation study evaluating the Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD) of 131I-CLR1404 in patients with advanced solid malignancies. Both studies will be performed at up to four leading US medical centers.
Cellectar will focus clinical development on the potential for 131I-CLR1404 to be an adjunctive and/or curative therapy for several solid tumors.
As indicated above, our Phase 1 therapy trials will be open to all solid tumors, and we have specific interest in:
- Triple negative breast cancer
- Metastatic lung cancer
- Ovarian cancer
- Pancreatic cancer
- Melanoma
- Primary or metastatic brain cancer
- Refractory prostate cancer
- Renal cancer
